Biography

I am an Assistant Professor of Real Estate at Rochester Institute of Technology in the Saunders College of Business. My research interests are real estate and corporate finance with an emphasis on the study of durable asset financing, asset price bubbles, lease valuations and insurance, sustainability, and natural language processing with deep learning.

I worked as a market risk analyst for the North America Rates team at J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking Division in New York. I also served in the Republic of Korea Air Force as a logistics and interpreting officer engaging in various US-ROK combined exercises.

I hold a Ph.D. in Hotel Administration, MA in Economics, and MPS in Applied Statistics from Cornell University. I graduated with an AB in Economics (magna cum laude & high honors in thesis) from Bowdoin College.
